It is quiet by design. It sits close to the skin rather than filling a room, which is why it works at a nikah or at a desk where a heavier oud would not. People find it when they are near you.
Not in this one. Agarwood sits under the jasmine and rose rather than over them, and it does not surface until about hour six. If you want a loud oud, this is not the bottle.
